More TDS tokens are implemented in LTDS.framework this weekend, and jISQL is working now with SybGate. Also Sybase Central (Java version) works with it now.

4D SQL Server plugin works too after adding some TDS 4.2 support. BTW, 4D seems drop support for this plugin.
